    中国标准化研究院顾客满意度测评中心是中国标准化研究院所属机构。测评中心于20055月经国家质检总局同意、由中国标准化研究院与清华大学合作组建而成,是一家从事中国顾客满意度研究、调查和发布的专门机构。

    
测评中心是在中国标准化研究院与清华大学多年合作并取得丰硕科研成果的基础上成立的。其中开发了具有国际先进水平并符合中国国情的中国顾客满意指数模型,该成果成功地应用于政府工作和企业决策中,测评中心还拥有覆盖我国GDP60%产品类型的顾客满意指数数据库,配备有国际先进的计算机电话调查系统和分析处理软件,并形成了一支专业的队伍。

    The CNIS (China National Institute of Standardiza-tion) Customer Satisfaction Measurement Center (CS MC) is the sub-institute of CNIS, which was set up by cooperation of CNIS with Tsinghua University und-er the authorization of the General Administration for Q-uality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine of the people's Republic of China. She is an institute to con-duct mainly the theory research and survey on China Customer Satisfaction Index (CCSI), and to publish the known CCSI selectively.

    CSMC has CCSI model which had been successfully employed in government policies and companies str-ategies in recent years. Up to now, she has the CCSI database of products covering 60% GDP of China, w-hich cover many micro-industries industries and b-rands. and also she has a world-class research work team, and advanced Computer Assisted Telephone I-nterview (CATI) system.
